The word awesome is often overused in motorsport but in terms of Le Mans it is the word that will do! The 13.65km track consists of public road and purpose built sections.

A real full throttle circuit this race is a true test of the endurance of both the cars and drivers.

Location

Le Mans is located 130 miles west of Paris. Le Mans is the ultimate pilgramage for Endurance fans and attracts a quarter of a million fans each year. The vast majority will drive to Le Mans which is easily accessible via motorway from Calais (5hrs) or Caen/Le Havre/St Malo/Cherbourg (3hrs).

Hotel accommodation is at a premium and as such books up early and can be expensive. Camping is extensive and some would say the only way to truly get the full Le Mans experience.
