With the confirmation of world class drivers Rob Bell and Gianmaria Bruni contesting the 2009 Le Mans Series Championship for JMW Motorsport, further good news was confirmed this month with the announcement the team have been successful in their bid for a place in the Le Mans 24 Hours race.

Fielding a Dunlop shod Ferrari F430 GT in the world's most prestigious endurance race is both an exciting and inspirational challenge for the team in their debut year. Rob Bell  will be joined for the longest day in the motorsport calendar by British driver Tim Sugden with a third top class driver to announced in due course.

The team will compete in the LMGT2 class which sees a strong field of 14 cars entered this year which promises to yield an exceptional class race. The full entry list can be found on the Official Le Mans 24 website.

The great news of the Le Mans entry follows a successful first test for the team in Estoril, Portugal earlier in the month. The team will also be attending the LMS test at Paul Ricard on 8-9th March as they gear for the start of the LMS season at Catalunya on 3-5th April.
